Summary of Content of Paper
|This paper provides results of research focused on operating and maintenance challenges in government and examined current ERP practices, challenges and general trends in managed services usage. It shows what significant differences in current behavior of usage managed services between smaller organization and larger organization. Make suggestion according to surveys about trends changes in the future. “Over the next two years, most government organizations surveyed (72%) predict their usage of managed services will not change.” (Frost and Sullivan, 2009)|
